    Hi;

    I am looking for TV remote controller low cost microcontroller or programmable transmitter IC .Can you advice me one from ST or from anoter manufacturer.

    Hi,

    I am looking for one too, it is not for TV, but is a remote controller. I found a data sheet of the EM6607 (http://www.emmicroelectronic.com/Products.asp?IdProduct=213). It doesn't have the IR driver integrated and it has few RAM, but the power consumption is really, really attractive.

    Now I am trying to get more information about the ST5. It has everything that the EM6607 doesn't, but ST doesn't specify the power consumption.

    Any news you find please let me know.
