    I finally found out the problem.

    I had two versions of PSDsoft Express in my computer. I installed the new version under PSDexpressN directory and kept the old version unchaged. I want to be able to use the old version to program my PSD chip in case uPSD3334D does not work.

    I uninstalled the new version of PSDsoft and re-install it to replace the old version. Now, it works as advertise.

    I tried to follow application note AN2125 page 22 to flash code to DK3300-ELCD with ''LOAD'' icon, but the program freezed (no response). Do anyone have successful experience to program uPSD 3334D via ULINK (not RLINK)?
