uPSD3334 - CPU not function

    I have 100 units with uPSD3334DV

    From some reason during the operation in 10 units the CPU stoped function

    and change the out-port data - after power cycle the system return to work properly

    I checked Volatges, Crystals and it was fine

    I know it too general - but do somebody have any idea what can cause this

    problem

    Hello,

    I had the same problem. The reason was that the I used the battery backup function for the SRAM. The battery voltage was rising above Vdd and the SRAM goes to protected mode.
