USB IAP Demo - USB serial emulator

    I have some problems with running USB IAP demo: As is written in readme.html, I have to download boot code firmware into DK3420 then after connecting DK3420 there shoul be there will be a device named ''STMicroelectronics USB Serial Port Emulator (COMx)''. I got such device (in Win98se), but it is not working. In properties of new device i got following message: ''Ntkern.vxd device loader(s) for this device could not load the device driver. (Code 2)''. I tried on Windows98se and on Windows XP. In the second case system is asking for driver for a new device. What is wrong? On ST site I can`t find any driver for ''STMicroelectronic USB Serial Port Emulator''. I will be very gratefull for any help or suggestions.
