USB PD V3.0 Source (Provider) and UFP (Device)

I want to connect a Q7 board to a tablet via USB. The Q7 board is a power source (provider) and a USB device (UFP). What USB PD V3.0 solution is available?  Something like STUSB4700 with PD 3.0 and not only for Power-Adapters would be great.
