USB R12 & R42

    I read with my multimeter R12 = 7.58k & R42 = 13.95k. is that correct?

    Second, on the DK3200's schematic, R12 = 4.7K and R42 = N/S...

    Is there any problem or the multimeter reading is correct?

    There is nothing wrong with your multimeter, I got the same values with my multimeter too. I bet if you remove R12 from the circuit, it will measure 4.7K. R42 is not installed on the DK3200 eval board.
