USB upsd3434EV driver PC Problem

Good morning,

I am using the USB of the microcontroller upsd3434EV with a crystal 40MHz.

I have used the present code in document USB Serial Port Emulation. I have used the present code in document USB Serial Port Emulation. I have followed the instructions brought back in document TXT and I have used RLINK in order to program the microcontroller. The microcontroller is programmed correctly, connects to the USB and the driver ask me for the peripheral one. I install the two drivers: usbser.inf and usbser.sys. Installing these two driver it says to me that the two driver they are not apt for the peripheral one that I have connected. I'm Windows XP SP2 Pro and the USB are all correctly working. From what I have understood the problem is in the driver for the USB and not in the microcontroller.
