Using ECMF02-4CMX8, I have to place it on the bottom side of the PCB. Can I exchange between the D+ pin set and the D- pin set to avoid a cross?

Is the D+ pass identical to the D- path, or do I have to connect D+ and D- as appears in the datasheet?

Dear,

D+ and D- path are identical, so you can connect D+ of connector to D- of ECMF02-4CMX8 and D- of connector to D+ of ECMF02-4CMX8.
