    Hi,

    I'm trying to design a micropower reference for the A/D and really need to know how stiff a voltage reference source I need for the Vref pin (ie. Iin(max)). Does this pin have an analog buffer or does it merely feed the top of the resistor chain? If the latter, what is Rin? What does ''Idd'' on page 211 of the uPSD33xx Data Sheet refer to. I'm hoping it's the current into the AVcc pin when the A/D is converting.

    I can't seem to find this info on the sheet or the website.
