    Hi

    According to the datasheet, the lowest stand-by voltage Vstby = 4.0V (without RTC and 32kHz oscillator).

    On the final version of ST10F276, could the Vstby be lower than 4V?

    Hi,

    No the Vstby could not have a value lower than 4V. I think you ask this because you want to use a battery to back up the device in standby mode and that the batteries are usually 3.3V but unfortunatly this is not possible.
