    Hi,

I am looking for a 3rd party providing Embedded Linux for the STR912. Thank you for your suggestions.

    Hi,

I think STR912 can not run Linux because there is no MMU on it, uClinux would work well.

    Hi,

actually, since the ST912 is based on ARM9, it _does_ have MMU.

So, if uclinux supports this micro, it does without supporting the MMU (i.e. no memory protection).

Does exist any free Linux support for this micro ? (from ST or for a third-party)

    Hi

There is now a pre-release version of the uTasker (OS,TCP/IP stack, device drivers and STR91XF simulator) available. Any one interested in beta testing (it has an IAR and Raisonance RIDE builds at the moment) is welcome.

There is usually a board on-line at

    http://84.75.9.2

, so take a look - it is running on the Raisonance REva STR912F.

    Get full details at

    http://www.uTasker.com

    .

    Regards
