eDesignStudio simplifies power supply design and offers to designers the flexibility to choose the right products and topologies. 

A full design is generated from the high-level requirements specified by user and provides:

• all relevant parameters and results
• a full and interactive schematic
• a full and interactive bill of materials (BOM)
• a full set of analysis diagrams

The user can fine tune the proposed design by adding more advanced constrains for stability performance and component selection.

Hello Sir,

First of all let me thank You for your interest on ST products.

If you try to select a higher value for Vin-min (Example 12.1), you will get the some solution.

So: Vin 12.1-24Vdc to 12Vdc Vout, 1A conversion could be a better specification.

The Problem is that to get 12Vin to 12Vout conversion requires a buck converter with 100% DutyCycle and at the moment this tool doesn't provide solutions like that.

While Searching on my.st.com I came across L6920 (DC/DC Step Up Converter).

(Reference : my.st.com -> ordering -> e samples ->Product class family -> Power management -> Dc/DC Conversion -> Step Up -> L6920)

But this Part number is not present on ST e-Design Studio.

Then How can we Design using this part?

Kindly Guide and Rectify if I am wrong.

with the help of this design tool you will get complete dc/dc design, BOM (in *.pdf format if you want.).
