What is the address of identification page for the command Read Identification Page RDID in EEPROM M95512-D?

The EEPROM M95512-D has an identification page that could be write protected permanently. In teh datashett is the address of this page not mentioned. I need to know the address for the identification page.

    ​Hello,

    Address of Identification page is mentioned in datasheet table 5.

    If you want to lock it with the Lock Id instruction, please follow the procedure indicated in section 6.10 of datasheet.

    Hello,

    i want to read/write the identification page, but in table 5 is only given A6 to A0? What is the starting address for the identification page?

    The memory map in figure 4 shows the identification page behind the EEPROM area, so the address should be higher that FFFFh, but that

    is not possible. Means either table 5 or figure 4 is wrong

    Ok I understand now your concern.

    In fact the identification ​page starting address is 0x00 and you have 128bytes available .So 7 bits ( A6 to A0 ).
