What is the latest version of the ST10 Flasher?

At now I'm using ver 2.3C, is there is a plan to make update?

If so, it is quite desirable to have possibility to use it in the command-line mode, because usually in the development process the filename is the same for particular project. It is not so convenient to select it every time before downloading.

Also, it is desirable to release COM-port after download, because this port often used to communicate with ST10.

At now for this it is necessary to close Flasher.

Is it posible to add some button like ''Open/Close COM-port''?

Maybe the forum is not good place for such messages, but I don't know where is the right one.
