What is the purpose of SRAM_SIZE option in STR91 series

    In the reference manual SRAM_SIZE option is there.In what application is that useful.Is there any restriction depending on SRAM size on other features.

    Hi anuradha,

    After reset the size of the on-chip SRAM is limited to 32K .among STR9 features :the configurable size of its SRAM (32K, 64K,96K).So it depends on the complexity of your application to select a large size : Application including RTOS, TCP/IP stack…
