Where can I buy a target programmer for a ST92F120V1Q7C?

I got a board that has that ST92F120V1Q7C and I want to read the eprom to midify. Does any body knows how to and where can I find a target programmer

From ST you can use either a ST92F120-EPB or a ST92F150-EPB as it is a PQFP100 device. From Segger you can use the ST9 Flasher4 (see

).

Hi Corco,

You can contact your local distributor to get a ST92F120-EPB or ST92F150-EPB programmer. Avnet and Future usually have them in stock. Check also with Cydesa but I don't know what they have. FYI :

Another information for you, Corco. I looked in my paper and found out that the ST92F120-EPB and ST92F150-EPB were sold at ~$750 through your distributor.

Segger is much cheaper (see

http://www.segger.com/

) but does not support all ST92F120/F150 packages on a single board. The ST92F150-EPB does.

Looking at the Segger web site, it seems that only the ''Serial Mode (In-Target)'' is available for the ST92F120/F150 with the Flasher4, that's the In System Programming Mode. It is also the only way I've used the Flasher4, with good results. Actually it's more dedicated to production line where several boards must be programmed: once you've flashed one device you just have to press another time the Start Button to flash a new one with the same settings and code.
