    Where can I buy some kind of ST.. MCU in Germany as a privat person ?

    I have designed some MP3-HW-Project with a Infineon 80c161-RI and now I want to realize a design with Flash and SRAM onchip to reduce the PCB size and effort.

    Does someone know, if I these ST10-MCUs are binary-compatible to the original Siemens/Infineon c166-series ?
