Which is the RHFLVDS2281K01V Single Event Transient profile?

We are planning to use the RHFLVDS2281K01V LVDS for our Space Project. In the datasheet it is specified that the part is sensitive to SET with a LETth of 22 MeV.cm2/mg but there is no indication on the corresponding cross-section and no data on the transient shape and duration.

Would it be possible to have such information? Could you please share this data or indicating if it exist a test report where those data are available?
