Which MOSFET or any switch which can handle 288 volt and max continues current 60

I have 75s battery pack and i​ want to make short circuit protection circuit and load switch circuit. I facing some problem regarding finding MOSFET at at 288 volt and max 60 AMP continues current. Can any one suggest any MOSFET or digital switch which can handle that power.
