Which ST10 type can be insted of C167CS-LM from Infineon?

    Hello

    My customer have designed the automotive project that used C167CS-LM would like to changed to ST10 but didnot know which part no will compatible pin by pin and also want to know the old software used Keil C-Complier still used for ST10 or not?

    There nothing exactly equivalent but is two parts that could be used.

    If you need 2 CAN, the ST10F269 will do the job. It has on top of that some built in Flash and a MAC cell. (see enclosed application note)

    If you want a ROMless device the ST10R167 has one CAN bus only and could do the job.

    Keil compiler fully support both devices.
