    Hi,

My product which is using ST7FLITE09 as its control unit does not work well.

The product is Voltage Meter . After run a few days, all the EEPROM data lost. The Meter is embeded in Power Switcher. The environment of EMC is very bad.

I think maybe there are 2 reasons:

    1. The program counter is modified by error, and the EEP write routine is excuted .

    2. The EEP is erased by high electric shocks

But I am not sure about that.

    who can help me.

    Thank you for your help!

    J.V.

    Could you clarify points below:

    1. Are you verifying the data after writing it into the EEPROM? If not, you can verify it by reading it back so as to insure that the writing sequence is correct.

Could you give the part no. of the device and the environment conditions(EMC level, temp conditions etc)?

Have you tested the device in the normal environment (less noisy, normal temp.) ? If no, please test and provide the results.

    Thanks.
