    Hi,

I am using ST7F324L MCU for my appilcation. I see that it is ICCSEL/VPP Pin be connected to pull down 10Kohm.

Like to know the reason for this and the effect for leaving ICCSEL/VPP pin floating.

    Thanks.

    Hi kea

ICCSEL/VPP must be PULLED UP by a 10 kOhm resistor to avoid entering in circuit programmig (ICP) during a reset.

This is a safety measure, because after a reset this pin, if not fixed to Vdd, may float and therefore start an unwanted ICP session.
