Why the date code is newer than last delivery date?

We can get the PTN which wrote the Last Order Entry Date 2021-04-01 and last delivery date 2021-10-01. Why we still can get the newer batch code CZ1480GK(2148+)?

It's a forward looking document, not retrospective one. The planned date might have been extended due to volume, or that the items were tested and packaged at a date after diffusion had completed.

The document specifically identifies several people who you could perhaps query directly.​
