X-STM32MP-GNSS2 NOT DETECTED ON WINDOWS 10 PRO

I was establishing a UART connection between X-STM32MP-GNSS2 board and PC through UART to USB converter. But, I failed to do so. Below is the error message that I could see in device manager:

THIS IS NOT PROLIFIC PL2303. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SUPPLIER.

 

Request to suggest proper driver software/procedure to fix it.

Hello,

your USB to UART converter is probably fitted with a counterfeited PL2303 IC.

Buy another USB/UART converter with a legit chip.

Personnaly using CH340 sometimes as they are very cheap.
