Always end up in Launcher:startApplication(): error with getApplicationExecutable()

I am trying to use the External mode with Nucle 412 board. But with the above said error.., I am unable to connect to the board at all..,

I initially reported to MATLAB, but they closed the issue stating that it is a STM32 issue., could any one please help me out here..
