Choose STM32f103 for satellite

Hi, I am looking for a microcontroller in the STM32F103 series or a similar Cortex-M3 series for my satellite research. I need a specific type (full part number would be best) that has been used on a satellite that has already flown in space. Thank you.

Your question is not clear. What do you mean by "satellite research"?

Exposing your question as you did is not sufficient. You need to give more details: what interfaces will be used in that project? what steps you followed to study that project?
