How to test the SNR and ENOB of DAC?

Recently, I have been evaluating the DAC accuracy of STM32H743. The data sheet mentions the SNR and ENOB , but I have no idea how to test it. Could you please provide a testing method or a testing plan? Looking forward to your reply.
