Is there a library for proteus 8 so I can use STM32F446RET6?

Hello @fanaKa27 and welcome to the ST community;

If you mean by that a library to simulate the MCU on Proteus Labcenter, this is not the correct community to ask.

You need to ask your question in their forum: https://support.labcenter.com/forums/

Meanwhile I don't recommend the usage of Labcenter to simulate STM32, rather use a real hardware for many reasons: PC performance issue, application that doesn't run on the simulator but it does in real hardware such as NUCLEO-F446RE.
