Hi there

does anyone have a source for Keil Flash Algorithm for a AS4C32M16SA connected via QSPI to a stm32h753 or similar?

Pretty sure that's an SDRAM, and wouldn't be workable on the QSPI interface.

You typically just initialize the SDRAM chip/interface in your own code, and copy data over as needed.
