LCD DE and HV mode

hi i have been working to intergrate a parallel RGB dispay with stm32h7A3ZIT6 with the help of LTDC . and pretty much made it working the display has this configuration  . 

 

 

this one worked pretty well with the stm LTDC and then i bought a new display it has a differnt configurations like this 

 

this one is in HV mode whats changed? can i stilll use stm ltdc to drive this . and whats the differance between these displays.????

sorry my mistake i am using the STM32H7A3VIT6  (NUCLEO-H7A3ZI-Q) .
