Max baking temp for Humidity removal

Hi!
I'm working with the STM32F042K6T6TR (LQFP-32 package), and the documentation on mouser.com says that it is moisture sensitive. So what is the maximum temperature I can put this chip into the oven at (for ~24 hours) to dehydrate it. The working temp is max 85C, but I'm guessing it can take 100C when not powered, just dehydrating, right?

The max storage temperature range is 150 C. I wouldn't take it that high.

 

This seems to suggest 24 hr at 125 C.
