No STM32 target found

Hi friends, I'm having a problem with my MKS Odrive Mini V1.0 board.
I replaced the MCU because the old one had shorted out.
The problem is this: the board is no longer recognized by USB.
I'm trying to use an STLink, but I also don't have access to load the .hex file it comes with. I would need your help to try to flash the new MCU somehow.
I was using both STM32CubeProgrammer and STM32Utility, but neither of them worked.

This is not a ST product. So you need to provide more details about this board. Links, schematics etc ..

In particular, as @mƎALLEm said, you need to give details of this 3rd-party board.

Also what version of CubeProgrammer did you use?

Please post the full log from CubeProgrammer when trying to connect.

 

Are you using a genuine ST-Link?

See: How to recognize a genuine ST-LINK/V2 versus a cloned one.

In particular, anything looking like this is a fake/clone.

 

Note that the ST-Link Utility has been obsolete for years.
