    Dear Kumar Saurabh,

Sorry for the delay of our answer, M24SR can be used for Industrial purpose. M24SR64 can work @105°C (I²C mode) with 500k write cycle endurance. Please refer to the datasheet available in link below:

    http://www.st.com/content/st_com/en/products/nfc/st25-nfc-rfid-tags-readers/st25-dynamic-nfc-tags/m24sr-series-dynamic-nfc-tags/m24sr64-y.html

Otherwise, ST25DV product is a really good one candidate too. I let you refer to ST25DV webpage.

    http://www.st.com/en/nfc/st25dv-series-dynamic-nfc-tags.html?querycriteria=productId=SS1950

ST25DV is qualified range 8 from -40°C to 125°C (with 105°C max on RF interafce)

I will contact you in private message.

    Best Regards,

    JFV
