What is the default value of user memory and where is this stated in the datasheet for the ST25DV NFC EEPROM chip?

See ST25DV04K ST25DV16K ST25DV64K Datasheet §4.2 page 12: "Note: In the factory all blocks of user memory are initialized to 00h."
