Determining output power from the ST25R3916

Is there a way to find the RF output power using the ST25R3916 without measuring it externally? I don't need an exact value. 

The product selector says the nominal output power is 1600 mW. However, at a max of 3 Vpp and 150 mA input current (measured via power profiler), that's 450 mW not including losses. I know that the output power can be adjusted via the d_res register, which I do, but that's only to aim for the target amplitude. Is there something else I can look at here?
