if I have well understood, you plan to connect the CR95HF RF transceiver demo board to an Android phone to read tags. How do you plan to connect it?
Regarding the driver side, android uses NCI interface to communicate with NFC controller. The Firmware of the CR95HF RF transceiver demo board does not provide NCI interface.
