Where does the external pad get connected on the ST25R3918-AQWT package?  Ground?

Hi Brian,

Thanks for the quick response.   The pin number is 33, which is named Thermal Pad.  It is a 3.5mm x 3.5mm square pad on the bottom surface of the chip.

Thermal Pad must be grounded for ST25R3916/16B/17/17B/18/19/19B/20/20B.
