We are using ST25R3918-AQET in our product. But this IC shortage in recently, so we want to find an Alternative part that can match with ST25R3918-AQET and doesn't change anything related to FW or PCB design.

The shortage on ST25R3918-AQET at distributors will be resolved the coming months.
ST25R3918-AQET is actually the pin to pin replacement for ST25R3918-AQWT. The older ST25R3918-AQWT (NRND) seems to be available and could be used instead but I expect you would need to move back to ST25R3918-AQET eventually.
