Grounding the center of the NFC antenna loop

Hello!
Can you tell me the reasons and meaning of the necessity of grounding the center of the ST25R3916 antenna loop?
In X-NUCLEO-NFC08A1 the jumper between the center of the antenna loop and ground is closed, but in ST25R3916 Discovery Board it is open.
