M95256-WMN3TP/AB maximum junction temperature and thermal resistance

Hello everyone,

I am interested in the maximal junction temperature of the M95256-WMN3TP/AB E²PROM. The maximum ambient operating temperature of  a grade 3 device is 125°C, so the junction temerature has to be higher. There is no mentioning of a maximum junction temperature in the data sheet.

I also looking for junction to ambient thermal resistance of the M95256-W in the SO-8 package.

is considered above 150°C

-

       

Junction to ambient

(Theta Ja) is 120°C/W for SO8N
