NFC pre-certified reader/ NFC CE Certification

We are currently developing a system for a secure door lock and we have decided to use as a key either an NFC tag or an iButton. The product must be CE certified. The NFC seems the most attractive solution, but it's certification looks to be a painful and expensive procedure (https://nfc-forum.org/our-work/compliance/certification-program/certification-fee/). 

Is it any pre-certified solution from ST for NFC reader, like you have for WiFi, Bluetooth etc? If not could you suggest us a third party product for this purpose. 

Any additional information regarding NFC Certification would be helpful.

NFC Forum certification is not mandatory for a NFC reader unit, it is fully optional .
