I want to design with st25dv only RFID systems. I cannot find any example about this. Do you have any suggestion?

I'm sorry but your question is still not very clear.
"can ı use 13.56mhz RFID, so this is not NFC system": what we usually call RFID is defined by the ISO15693 and ISO14443 standards. Those to standards are using 13.56MHz RF field.
NFC Forum is based on ISO15693 and 14443, and is using the same 13.56MHz communication vector.
Most of the time, RFID devices are also NFC Forum compliant, as NFC is basically only adding data exchange format over the ISO15693 and 14443 standards.
With a ST255DV, you can do both RFID (ISO15693) and NFC forum. There is nothing to do to support RFID with a ST25DV, as it is already an RFID device.
"can be Mifare or proximity": Mifare is based on ISO14443 and uses a proprietary standard. Proximity devices are based on ISO14443 standard.
ST25DV is based on ISO15693 standard, which is "Vincinity".
ST is also offering Proximity tags (ISO14443) as well if this is what you are looking for (ST25TA, M24SR).
"ı want to use like st25dv reader": ST25DV is not a reader. It is a tag, meaning it needs to be activated and read by a RFID reader.
If you are looking for RFID readers, ST offers the ST25R series (ST25R3911, ST25R3916) that can do ISO15693, ISO14443, NFC Forum and more.
