How do I design a custom gui(graphical user interface) for the ST25R3916-EMVCo(STM32L476VG MCU) board to show on the LCD display?
Do you have any recommended design tools?

Hi,
well the question is more of STM32 one. I think in STM32 you have two graphics toolchains available: stemwin and touchgfx. I added a tag for the proper Q&A section, maybe you look around there.
