ST25R3917 Mifare License

Do ST25R3917 have Mifare License?  

ST25R3917 have numerous registers. Would registers value different for different RF communication (Mifare / Felica / CLICC) ?

    Readers of the ST25R39 family to date don't come with support for any cryptographic features. We know that all frames needed for Mifare (even Classic) and FeliCa can be processed by these readers. Our RFAL used in the various demos supports all the necessary register settings and framing. Looking around in the community you will find some more details on details of RFAL usage for MifareClassic.

    I am not aware about CLICC, can you provide some explanation here?
