st25ru3993 dbm question

hello everyone

I am using st25ru3993.

The features we want are:

1. Is it possible to split the frequency down to 0.1 MHz?

2. Is it possible to split the db by 0.5 or 0.1?

3. I am testing the sdk and I want to check the dbm value. What class or structure can I use to check it?

Please answer.

    Dear esoft.1,

1: yes this is possible if in the GUI SW the reference divider is set to 100 kHz.

2: without modification this is not possible. To do this an external step attenuator component would be required. So a PCB re-design would be needed.

3: I assume that with dBm value you are referring to the reflected power. Note that the FW returns I and Q values from the ADC. In order to calculate the reflected power these two values need to be calculated elsewhere (we do this in our GUI SW). How to calculate the reflected power based on the I and Q values please refer to AN4970.

    Cheers,
