ST25TB02K-AC6G6 footprint

I am developing a PCB using the ST25B02k component, but I miss the info to generate the correct footprint (die form named SBN12). Can you help me get the chip measurements and drawings? Thank you so much.

I found an intermediate solution: I will start with a more comfortable package (DFN5), thanks :)
