STEVAL-25R3916B connect to GUI failed

hello expert:

I encountered a problem when using the ST25R3916B evaluation board. The GUI displays 'not connected', but I have already entered USB mode using the blue button and reset button, and JP14 is in the normal state. The Micro USB and miniUSB are also connected.

How can I connect it with GUI？ Is there any mistake in the above operation steps?

    there seems to be a power-only symbol on the used cable. Are you sure it supports data transfer?
