What dependent libraries have to use for streader.dll?

I would like to create a message sender and reader for ST25R3911B-DSICO. I downloaded the ST25SDK-1.5.0. A followed the ST25PcDemoApp_software_guide but the SDK cannot use the streader.dll. When I want to load it (SDK call the System.loadLibrary function) the JDK 1.8 cannot load the library because of "Can't find dependent libraries".

I'm using JAVA JDK 1.8 x86 on Windows 10. I'm also using the SDK resources ("resources\windows\x86").

What dependent libraries have to use for streader.dll?
