Which NFC and expansion SIM card for NUCLEO-G491RE to learn.

Hello I'm beginner with MCU or MPU. So, I want to buy Nucleo board the type is NUCLEO-G491RE. But I don't know which NFC board must I've buy. Because If I saw on the STM32 site there are many NFC boards. I want to learn about payment NFC with SIM Card.
