will ST25RU3992 support ISO18000-6D Gen 2 protocol

Hello everyone,

i have gone through ST25RU3992 it has written that it will support ISO18000-6C fully and ISO18000-6A/B in Direct Mode. will it support ISO18000 6D some how or else any other option that we can configure it in ISO18000 6D protocol ?

    Hi,

    I assume you refer to IPICO - ISO 18000-64 (https://www.iso.org/standard/59647.html). All following statements are made without knowing this standard in detail.

    Our assumption is that framing is different to compared to gen2 and the protocol would need to be implemented using Direct Mode.

    Depending on coding scheme and speed this requires a certain performance from the MCU.

    Currently there are no plans from ST of adding support to our software.
